Erin Carly, exactly one year ago you came into our life in the most amazing, natural way possible. It never occurred to me that you didn’t have to go to a hospital to have a baby delivered, but it was a wonderful thing. 
Today we sang to you at church, went out for a nice lunch, had fun at Halloween Fest on the campus, and came home for cake, presents, and dinner. Even though you didn’t sleep well last night and we skipped nap, you held it together pretty well. 
I think you had fun today, I know I did as did Mom and your sisters.
It seems that just yesterday you were busy being born. How is it that you’ve turned one already? I love you!
