the trick
It would seem the trick to getting a good night sleep is to go to bed when Erin does. That way I get a good block of sleep before she gets up. The only problem is actually falling asleep around 9:00 PM.

I recently ran across an article in ‘The Authoritative Reference’ (Wikipedia) concerning all the things one should do to get a good night’s sleep, the totality of which is called: sleep hygiene. I only looked at the article because I thought it would talk about some exotic Eastern pre sleep rituals such as toe flossing, or nose burnishing.

Interesting article. I thought this line under preparation is key “Try to get some exposure to natural outdoor daylight every day”
I have to agree. I haven’t had much natural daylight exposure since returning to work and I’ve noticed the effect it has had.
